We offer online ordering at pick up at our location! It's a great way to save time when you're in a pinch. Keep reading for more information and some frequently asked questions on our process.
How do I order online?
Our website is pretty user friendly and we have put it together with the intention of making browsing fairly easy. On the top menu, you will see products which is then further broken down into three categories: food, lifestyle, and heath & wellness. Clicking through each category, you will be able to see all of the products we offer which are updated frequently. You can also search for your favourite items in the search bar. As you select your items, you can add to cart, select quantity, and follow the guided steps to checkout. Once you are checking out, you will need to select "Pick Up" as your delivery method. Follow the steps to payment, and you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on picking up your order.
Do you deliver?
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery at this time. You may see this option while checking out but if it is selected, we will be following up. At this time, we offer local pick up at our store at 300 Charlotte Street, Sydney, NS.
Can I select my pick up time?
Our website does not have an option to select specific pick up times but once you order, you will receive an email and a personal follow up from one of our staff members to confirm details. A pick up order requires 24 hour notice so we suggest placing an order the day before you are able to pick up!
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
24 hours notice is required to place an order for pickup.
How do I pay?
We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal for online ordering.
